(1) Every member of the Trust shall be entitled to attend general meetings of the Trust but only ordinary, associate and life members shall have the right to vote.
(2) Honorary members shall not have the right to vote. Only financial members shall be entitled to vote at any meeting of the Trust.
(3) Every member of the Trust entitled to vote shall have one vote, except that, in case of equality of votes, the chairperson shall have a second or casting vote.
