(1) Any officer or servant of the Trust may remove or exclude (without prejudice to the exercise of the power of arrest as provided for under the Act) from the Park any person who in his or her view commits any contravention of this Bye-law.
(2) Any person who resists such removal commits a contravention of this Bye-law.
