1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Saint Lucia Marketing Board Specified Produce (Fish) Order.
2. Fish declared a Specified Produce
Fish of any kind including crustacea caught in the territorial waters of Saint Lucia, by any vessel or boat fishing from the shores of Saint Lucia or operating in the territorial waters of Saint Lucia, is hereby declared a specified produce.
