7. Duplicate licence may be issued when licence is lost
It is lawful for the Director of Finance and Planning, upon such proof as he or she shall consider satisfactory that any licence issued under this Act has been lost or destroyed, to issue a duplicate of such licence, without any payment being made therefor, which has the word “Duplicate” written on it, and it shall operate in all respects as the original licence, and the holder thereof shall be subject to all the provisions of this Act as if such duplicate licence had been the original licence.
