16. Punishment for forging a licence
Every person who forges any licence required by this Act, or who knowingly uses any forged licence, is liable on summary conviction to a penalty not exceeding $240, and in default of payment to be imprisoned, with or without hard labour, for a period not exceeding 6 months.
