27.   Governor General may alter scale of fees for licences

It is lawful for the Governor General to alter, conditionally or otherwise, the fees for licences hereinbefore prescribed by increasing, decreasing or annulling the same or any of them, and also to require a licence to be taken out under the provisions of this Act in respect of any animal or article other than those herein before mentioned or mentioned in any order by virtue of this section, and also to settle and prescribe the fees payable for such licences, and also to alter as aforesaid such last mentioned fees or any of them. However, before any such order comes into force it shall be approved by the House of Assembly.
