14.   Penalty for using licence issued to another person

Every person who allows any licence taken out by him or her under this Act to be used by any other person is liable on summary conviction to a penalty not exceeding $24, and any such other person using such licence is liable to a like penalty, and in either case, in default of payment, to be imprisoned, with or without hard labour, for a period not exceeding 2 months.
