85.   Mutilation, of books, cards

If any person conceals, destroys, mutilates, alters or falsifies any books, papers, securities, contribution cards, receipts, birth and death certificates or other documents affecting, belonging or relating to a society or branch or makes or is privy to the making of any false or fraudulent entry in any register, book, contribution card, paper or other document, affecting, belonging or relating to the property or affairs of a society or branch with intent to defraud or deceive the society or branch or any person he or she shall be liable, on summary conviction, to imprisonment for 6 months or to a penalty of $240.
