(1) A person shall not hold both the offices of president and treasurer or secretary and treasurer of the same society or a branch thereof.
(2) A person shall not hold the office of treasurer in more than 2 societies.
(3) A person holding any other office therein shall not be, or act as, the medical officer, dentist, optician or druggist of any society.
(4) Any person contravening any of the provisions of this section is liable to a fine of $120.
