34. Subscriptions to Government, hospitals and towards education, science and art

(1) A society or branch may subscribe out of its funds to the Government or to any hospital, infirmary, charitable or provident institution, any annual or other sum for the purpose of securing to members of the society or branch and their families the benefits of Government hospitals or of any other hospital, infirmary, or other institution, according to its rules.

(2) A society may apply or donate each year from its funds a sum not exceeding $0.25 in respect of every financial member for the purpose, or towards the promotion or encouragement, of education, science or art in Saint Lucia.
