(1) The Registrar, on being satisfied that a society has complied with the provisions of this Act as to registration, shall issue to that society an acknowledgment of registration specifying the designation of the society according to the classification set out in this Act, and this acknowledgment shall be conclusive evidence that the society therein mentioned is duly registered, unless it is proved that the registration of the society has been suspended or cancelled.
(2) Immediately on giving an acknowledgment of registration to a society, the Registrar shall cause the same to be published in the Gazette and in a newspaper of Saint Lucia.
