(1) The Registrar of the Supreme Court shall be the Registrar under this Title.
(2) He or she shall keep, in proper books to be for the purpose, a register and index of all limited partnerships registered as aforesaid, and of all statements in relation thereto.
(3) On receiving any statement made in of this Title, he or she shall cause the same to be filed and deliver to the firm a certificate of the registration.
(4) He or she shall allow any person to inspect the statements so filed on payment of a fee of 24¢ for each inspection; and shall issue certified copies where required upon payment of the prescribed fees.
