COMPULSORY LICENCES AND REVOCATION
652. Court may order patentee to grant licences
If on the petition of any person interested it is proved that by reason of the default of a patentee to grant licences on reasonable terms—
(1) an invention is not being worked in Saint Lucia;
(2) the reasonable requirements of the public with respect to the invention cannot be supplied; or
(3) any person is prevented from working or using to the best advantage an invention of which he or she is possessed,

the Court may order the patentee to grant licences on such terms, and may enforce such order in such manner, as it shall think fit.
