(1) Where a married woman is trading separately from her husband—
(a) her husband is not, as such, liable for her trade debts;
(b) if there is community of property her trade debts are not chargeable to the community.
(2) A married woman is, in respect of her property not being community property, subject to the law on bankruptcy in the same manner as if she were an unmarried woman.
