731. Final provision

Except as otherwise expressly provided by this Code or by any other law in matters commercial and maritime, the law for the time being and from time to time in force in England shall continue as heretobefore to be the law of Saint Lucia.

1. Citation

These Rules may be cited as the Commercial Code (Tariff of Fees) (Patents, Designs and Trade Marks) Rules.

2. Interpretation

The following fees and charges shall be payable in respect of the several matters hereinafter set out.

A. FEES PAYABLE ON AND IN CONNECTION WITH LETTERS PATENT
