4. Capacity in general
All persons, not under disability, may trade, either alone or in association with any other person.
Disability may arise from minority, or interdiction; or because the person is a corporation. Capacity to trade in these various circumstances is dealt with generally in the chapters regulating the status and capacity of such respective persons.
