626. Provision in case of misdemeanour
Where the receiver or trustee is of opinion that the bankrupt or any other person has been guilty of any misdemeanour in cases of bankruptcy as in the Criminal Code or any other law defined, he or she shall inform the Court thereof; and the Court may on such representation or of its own motion, direct the receiver or trustee to prosecute for the offence, and may order the costs and expenses of the prosecution to be paid out of the available assets.
