604. Official name of trustee
The trustee may sue and be sued by the official name of “the trustee of the property of C.D., a bankrupt,” inserting the name of the bankrupt, and by that name may hold property of every description and make contracts, sue and be sued, enter into any arrangement binding himself or herself and his or her successors in office and do all acts necessary or expedient to be done in the execution of his or her office.
