602. Liability for misfeasance, etc.
The Court may, on the application of any person interested, call the trustee to account for any misfeasance, neglect, or omission which may appear on his or her statements or in his or her accounts or otherwise, and may require the trustee to make goods any loss which the estate of the bankrupt may have sustained by the misfeasance, neglect, or omission.
