(1) A person who has received a foster child and intends to move to another residence, shall, not less than seven days before moving, give notice to the Director of the intended change of residence.
(2) If an immediate change of residence is necessitated by an emergency, a notice under subsection (1) may be given within twenty–eight hours after the change of residence.
