109. Submission of certified copy of adoption order

(1) If an adoption order is made, the Court shall send a certified copy of the order to —
1. (a) the Registrar; and
1. (b) the Division.

(2) On receipt of an adoption order under subsection (1), the Registrar shall register the order under this Act.
