(1) The certificate shall contain all the matters which were taken in account in granting the certificate and shall more particularly—
(a) specify precisely and in detail the means of escape provided;
(b) contain particulars as to the maximum number of persons to be employed in that building as a whole or where the circumstances warrant any specified part thereof;
(c) particulars as to any explosive, highly inflammable or combustible material stored, kept or used therein;
(2) The certificate shall be attached to the register.
