16. Removal of explosive highly inflamable or combustible material
Where as a result of an entry and inspection under section 4 the Chief Fire Officer or an inspector finds explosive highly inflammable or combustible material stored, collected, deposited or used in any building or place and believes that any such materials are likely to cause a fire hazard the Chief Fire Officer or an inspector shall serve a notice on the owner or occupier of the building or place specifying the nature and location of such materials and requesting their removal within such period as specified in the notice.
