(1) The Minister may make regulations with regard to carrying out or giving effect to the provisions of this Act and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the regulations may be made in particular with respect to all or any of the following, namely—
(a) the means of escape from any industrial and commercial building;
(b) as to the collecting, storing, depositing, keeping or using of explosive, highly inflammable or combustible materials in any building;
(c) as to the provision and maintenance of a fire warning system in an industrial or commercial building;
(d) as to the provisions of such fire safety appliances in an industrial and commercial building;
(e) as to the testing and examination of such warnings the appliances as provided under paragraph (c) and (d);
(f) for prescribing anything which by this Act to be or may be prescribed.
(2) Any regulations made under this section is subject to negative resolution of the House of Assembly.
