(1) An owner shall cause to be kept in an industrial or commercial building in respect of which a certificate has been granted a register in the prescribed form wherein particulars as prescribed shall be entered immediately after the grant of a certificate and likewise upon a change of any of the particulars as prescribed in the certificate.
(2) The owner shall cause the register to be preserved and available for inspection by the Chief Fire Officer or any inspector.
