Subject to this Act the High Court shall have jurisdiction—
(a) to determine any dispute which may be referred to it under any provision of this Part;
(b) to fix the amount of equitable remuneration or compensation which by any provision of this Act is required to be fixed by the High Court, in any case where there has been no agreement between a person and the owner of the copyright as to the amount of remuneration or compensation payable in respect of the use of the work or performance;
(c) to grant consent on behalf of a performer under section 144.
