17.   Right to privacy-commissioned photographs and films

A person who for private and domestic purposes commissions the taking of a photograph or the making of a film has, where the resulting work is a protected work, the right not to have—

  1.  

    (a)     copies of the work issued to the public;

  1.  

    (b)     the work exhibited or shown in public; or

  1.  

    (c)     the work broadcast or included in a cable programme service.
