(1) This Act shall not affect the operation of any rule of equity relating to breaches of trust or confidence.
(2) This Act does not affect the right of the Crown, or any person deriving title from the Crown, to sell, use or otherwise deal with articles forfeited under the Customs (Control and Management) Act including any article so forfeited by virtue of this Act or an enactment repealed by this Act.
