40. Infringement of right to be identified as author or director
The right conferred on an author or director of a protected work by section 14 is infringed by any person who, in relation to the work, does, or authorises another person to do, any of the acts mentioned in section 14(2), 14(3), 14(4) or 14(5) without the identification of the author or the director, as the case may be, in accordance with the requirements of that section.
