18. Duration of moral rights and related rights

(1) The rights conferred by sections 14, 15 and 17 shall subsist so long as copyright subsists in the work.

(2) The right conferred by section 16 shall subsist until the end of the period of 20 years from the end of the calendar year in which the person dies.
