13. Moral rights

By virtue of and subject to the provisions of this Act—

(a) the author of a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work that is a protected work; or

(b) the director of a film that is a protected work,

shall have in respect of such work, whether or not he or she is the owner of the copyright in the work, the rights specified in sections 14 and 15.
