1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Aliens (Licensing) (Exemption) (Royal Crescentia (St. Lucia) Limited) Order.
2. Vesting of land
Royal Crescentia (St. Lucia) Limited is exempt, in the public interest, from the provisions of the Aliens (Licensing) Act, with respect to a freehold or leasehold interest in the following land —
-
(a) Block 1219B and Parcel Number 253 owned by Invest Saint Lucia; and;
-
(b) Block 1220B and Parcel Number 103 owned by the Crown.
