1. Citation
This Order may be cited as the Aliens (Licensing) (Exemption) (Valor Rose (St. Lucia) Limited) Order.
2. Vesting of land
Valor Rose (St. Lucia) Limited is exempt, in the public interest, from the provisions of the Aliens (Licensing) Act, with respect to a freehold or leasehold interest in the following land —
-
(a) Block 1017B and Parcel Numbers 1 and 6 owned by Invest Saint Lucia;
-
(b) Block 1017B and Parcel Numbers 2, 3 and 7 owned by the Crown;
-
(c) Block 1217B and Parcel Numbers 12, 83 and 136 owned by the Crown; and
-
(d) Block 1217B and Parcel Number 13 owned by the Crown and vested in Invest Saint Lucia.
