The Director of Finance and Planning and each revenue officer in charge of a revenue office shall keep a register of all licences issued by them respectively, specifying therein—
(a) the name and place of residence of the holder of each licence;
(b) the date and place of issue of each licence;
(c) the amount paid for each licence;
(d) the serial number of each licence;
(e) a description of each animal or article in respect of which a licence is issued;
(f) a statement showing whether the licence is an original, substitute, transferred or duplicate licence; and
(g) in the same register shall be mentioned the animals or articles in respect of which it is not necessary to take out a licence with the names of the owners of, and a description of, such animals or articles,
or specifying such further or other particulars in addition to or in lieu of the above as the Governor General may direct.
