4. Annual report of the Registrar
The Registrar shall, in the month of January every year, transmit to the Minister, for the purpose of being laid before the House of Assembly, a report of his or her proceedings, and of the principal matters transacted by him or her, and of the valuations returned to or caused to be made by him or her, and generally of the working of this Act, during the preceding year.
