(1) If the Registrar refuses to register the society, the persons who signed the application for registration, or any of them, may within 14 days after such refusal has been notified to any of them, appeal from such refusal to a judge of the High Court sitting in chambers.
(2) If the refusal to register is over-ruled on appeal the Registrar shall give an acknowledgment of registration to the society.
