2. Definition
In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires—
“Minister” means the member of Cabinet responsible for the subject of Trade and Industry;
“occupier” includes a lessee, sub-lessee, or a person having any right or interest in trees growing on any land;
“prescribed tree” means cacao, coconuts, breadfruit, citrus, bananas, sugar-cane or nutmegs.
