(1) A person carrying on the business of selling retail who finds that the wholesale price of any goods which are the subject of a Price Order has increased since the making of the Price Order pursuant to section 29 may subject to subsection (2), apply to the Minister to amend the Price Order to have the maximum price increased.
(2) An application pursuant to subsection (1) shall be in the prescribed form.
(3) Upon application being made, the Minister may —
(a) revoke the Price Order;
(b) amend the Price Order; or
(c) immediately request the Commission to make an investigation into the application.
(4) Where the Minister requests that the Commission makes an investigation into the application, the Commission shall as soon as possible make such investigation and report to the Minister the result of such investigation.
