25.   Complaints

  1.  

    (1)   A person, whether or not that person is affected by the subject matter of the complaint, may make a complaint in the prescribed form to the Commission that a person who carries on a business by way of trade or for the purposes of gain has sold or offered for sale to him or her, in the course of or as part of such business, goods at an unreasonably high price.

    (2)   The Commission may on its own motion conduct investigation into price of goods.

    (3)   The Minister may, whenever he or she thinks fit, request the Commission to enquire into the prices charged for goods.
