(1) A trader who sells goods, the maximum price of which has been fixed under section 29, shall keep records of all purchases of such goods.
(2) A trader who contravenes subsection (1) commits an offence and is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding $5,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
