(1) The Commission shall meet at such times as may be necessary or expedient for the transaction of business and such meetings shall be held at such places and times as the Chairperson shall determine.
(2) The Chairperson of the Commission may at any time call a special meeting of the Commission and shall call a special meeting to be held within 7 days of a written request for that purpose addressed to the Chairperson by any 2 members of the Commission.
(3) The Chairperson shall preside over the meetings of the Commission.
(4) Where the Chairperson is absent, incapacitated or in eligible to perform his or her duties, the members of the Commission present shall elect one of their number to preside at that meeting.
