(1) On completion of a hearing, the Commission shall prepare and send to the persons referred to in section 26, a report setting out its findings and recommendations with respect to the complaint.
(2) The Minister may publish, in such manner as he or she thinks fit, all or any part of any report made to him or her by the Commission under subsection (1).
