(1) The Commission shall, as soon as possible, but not later than four months after the end of each financial year, submit to the Minister a report containing a detailed account of the activities of the Commission during the preceding year.
(2) The Minister shall cause a copy of the report referred to in subsection (1) to be laid before Parliament.
