SUPPLEMENTAL PROVISIONS
724. Evidence
In any proceedings hereunder before the Crown Attorney or Registrar, the evidence shall be by affidavit in the absence of directions to the contrary. In case any part of the evidence is taken orally, the Crown Attorney or Registrar shall, in respect of requiring the attendance of witnesses and taking evidence on oath, be in the same position in all respects as an examiner appointed by the Court.
