708. Registrar and office
The Registrar of the Supreme Court, or such other officer as the Governor General may appoint, shall be the Registrar of Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks, and the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, or such office as the Governor General may prescribe, shall be the Registry of Patents, Designs, and Trade Marks.
