(1) If during the continuance of the partners any change is made or occurs in any of the matters special in the preceding article, or in the liability of any partner by reason of his or her becoming a limited instead of a general partner or a general instead of a limited partner, a statement signed by the firm, specifying the nature of the change, shall within 7 days be delivered to the Registrar.
(2) In case of default under this or the preceding article, each of the general partners shall be liable to of $4.80 for every day that the default continues.
