625. Unclaimed dividends
When the trustee, under any bankruptcy, composition or scheme, shall have under his or her control any unclaimed dividend which has remained unclaimed for more than 6 months, or where, after making a final dividend, such trustee shall have in his or her hands any unclaimed or undistributed monies arising from the property of the debtor, he or she shall forthwith pay the same to the account of the Administrator General at Barclays Bank D.C.O.
