(1) The Chief Justice may from time to time, with the approval of the Cabinet, make, revoke, and vary rules, forms and tariffs in bankruptcy.
(2) Until such rules, forms, and tariffs as aforesaid are gazetted, the existing tariffs and the rules and forms for the time being in force in England, with such modifications as the Court may in any special case prescribe, shall have the force of law.
