614. Continuance of proceedings on death of debtor
If a debtor by or against whom a bankruptcy petition has been filed dies, the proceedings in the matter shall, unless the Court otherwise orders, be continued as if he or she were alive. If the debtor dies before service of the petition, the Court may order service to be effected on such persons, if any, as the Court may think fit.
