600.   Trustee to furnish list of creditors

  1.  

    (1)   The trustee shall, whenever required by any creditor so to do, and on payment of the prescribed fee, furnish and transmit to such creditor, personally or by post, a list of the creditors, showing in such list the amount of the debt due to each of such creditors.

    (2)   Any creditor may, with the concurrence of 1/6 of the creditors (including himself or herself), at any time call upon the trustee to furnish and transmit to the creditors a statement of the accounts up to the date of such notice, and the trustee shall upon receipt of such notice, furnish and transmit such statement of the accounts: Provided that the person at whose instance the accounts are furnished shall deposit with the trustee a sum sufficient to pay the cost of furnishing and transmitting the accounts, such sum to be repaid to him or her out of the estate if the creditors or the Court so direct.
